Local dining: The Highline Pub and Restaurant are located across the road, but many choose to bring additional food to cook in the hotel rooms as the restaurant is not available for breakfast and is closed on Sundays, and most Statutory Holidays.


Situated between Anderson Lake and Seton Lake, Lil’tem’ Mountain Hotel is located in a spot of pristine beauty and unspoiled wilderness within the traditional territory of the Tsa'lalhmec, or the Tsa'lalh people, an indigenous community within the St’at’imc Nation.

Lil’tem' Mountain Hotel is 100% indigenous owned and supports the small local economy with job creation and much of the accommodation for the various BC Hydro projects in the vicinity.

Whether you’re interested in water sports, mountain biking, hiking or fishing, Seton Portage is a remote and rugged place for those seeking a truly unique experience. Imagine paddle boarding on one of the 2 nearby lakes, hiking to a beautiful glacier fed water fall and then catching a delicious trout for dinner in the river just outside the hotel, which you can cook on the BBQ out back.

Hotel Rooms Rates for Lil'tem' Mountain Hotel:

  • Room rates remain the same throughout the year
  • Corporate rate for 2023 is $195/night, plus taxes
  • Please call for public rates
  • Dog stay: $15/night per dog
  • Roll away cot available for $10 per night.
  • Baby crib available for $10 per night.

  • Absolutely no smoking inside any rooms or the building.
  • Two of our rooms are pet-friendly, sorry no cats
  • Nightly rates are for single or double occupancy.
    • Additional occupants are $20/adult, per night
  • All Rooms have one queen size bed and one sofa bed.
  • If you require the sofa bed or rollaway cot or crib, please let staff know when making your reservation.
  • There are no group rates available.
  • A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be applied to your debit or credit card upon checking in.
  • There is no cell service here, landlines only!
  • We have FREE WI-FI which has been recently upgraded to provide better coverage for all guests.
